Keys to the Kingdom is an unlockable active item in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Each normal enemy is removed and grants a random temporary stat up for the remainder of the floor.

Bosses are spared after 30 seconds, granting 3 random permanent stat ups.

Getting hit or hurting the boss will add 1/3rd of the countdown back.

Instantly spares angels, dropping a respective key piece, or a random Angel Room item if Isaac has both of them already.

Each Devil Deal in the Devil Room is removed and grants a random permanent stat up.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
